Entry Level Account Manager
A growing firm based in the Kansas City area, has an exciting and immediate need to fill a full-time Entry Level Account Manager position. This local marketing and sales firm has developed a powerful, personal approach to drive brand loyalty and customer retainment, and they are looking for an ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to help take their residential sales campaign to the next level.
The Entry Level Account Manager will play a pivotal role in connecting brands with prospective customers through targeted residential outreach campaigns. This role involves direct sales and customer service and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill sets and advance their professional career.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Work with fellow team members to complete on-site residential enrollment services on behalf of our clients
- Communicate with customers directly and establish genuine relationships to facilitate an engaging and positive customer experience
- Use skills gained during training to engage with customers, learning their needs, and presenting them with the products and services that best fits their needs
- Assist the sales department through the activation process
- Answer any customer questions or concerns, escalating when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and update to date records of all customer interactions
- Facilitate the enrollment process; this includes collecting personal information and following all compliance requirements
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Some college coursework preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality or similar role preferred
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of small and large groups
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
